Asimov's three laws don't apply to this 'bot. :0Y'all know you wanted to see Jupiter do laser eyes.
But in all seriousness I figured it would be a good weapon for him given that he has shielding. This way it can go right though his shields when they come up.
Buuut it looks like his shields are down already!

I suppose a little inspiration comes from him in the color. Though green is also the "good" color in this comic in general.
