never let the city make you bitter, its hard because the negative crap is so much louder in the city than the good stuff, but there is so much more good than bad. thousands of souls clanking off each other in close proximity creative things, bad things, good things are bound to happen, and if all else fails, get out before its too late! ...or stay and make more wonderful paintings like this one. I know this subject so well, but never thought to paint it, this suits the whole idea so well, the electric blues are great because no matter how drab and depressing the city can be, its still alive in every corner because no one shuts the damn lights off!
