I like the concept, I really do.
And this one is my favorite so far, though I canΒ΄t tell you why.

I like the design of the background and the colours.

The brownish colors and tones here look pretty good, they seem to blend in together very well. The overall style here is likable here, especially involving the black outlines and the subject.

very interesting concept. it's true, men's emotions often "have" to be veiled in society, its a strange phenomenon. the atmosphere is quite strange, hard to define.. great colours, the neutrality of it is maybe what makes the crying/emotion seem out of place or awkward..?

It does look a lot like the other one, but there are also many subtle differences..

Like the background..

Thanks for the comments.

I'm doing a series on men crying, and your reaction to it is exactly the reason why!

Why is it considered strange to paint Male emotion?

What would your reaction have been if it was a woman crying, instead?

That would have been plain, I guess

I admire your courage to think outside the box, keep it up!!
