UpdateThis is an update on the model I was working on before.
It has no textures yet. I had this done a few weeks ago but I never posted it here.
I won't be working on it anymore, at least not for a long time.

Dude this is looking really good! I've just begun to dabble in 3D myself. I have Blender at home, and 3DS Max at school, but our teacher for 3DS just got sick, and will be gone for 3 months or more, so we're on our own with it. Any suggestions? Hows the transition from 3DS to Blender in terms of the interface? This is exciting stuff!

I really can't say much about transitioning between 3DStudio Max and Blender 3D because unfortunately, I got tired of trying to learn 3D Studio Max and didn't do anything for over a year.
I'm as good as new into 3D modelling, really, but I've had a good place to learn from.
I learnt everything I can do in Blender from here: Blender 3D: Noob to Pro
Read carefully through the first few chapters, best if you have Blender open and practising while you're reading so that you can get used to the interface.
