It was a rushed idea and I was never happy with the design or the storyline...So I decided to revamp him and I'm really happy this time around!

His new design features a Mayan-esque calander on the chest that turns left or right dependant on the form he takes and a stop-watch henshin belt.

As Chronos, he has the ability to speed up, or slow down time within a certain radius of his body. He cannot travel through time.

Here is the revised backstory:

Average school student, Hiroto Obinata's life is flipped upside down when a time traveling agent known simply as 'Ruby' pulls him from his classes in order to inform him that he is needed at the Bureau of Time.

As Ruby travels to the Bureau, with a very confused, Hiroto, he begins to see ribbons of translucent colours and expresses his concern to Ruby, who informs him that he has the rare ability known as 'Clock Eye' that allows him to see the ribbons of time and space unfold as destinies are changed.

After being inducted as a time agent, Hiroto gains a special belt that is only usuable by those with the Clock Eye. Having little time to test it out, he is sent into battle with the very evil that the Time Bureau is battling; Dejavu - mutants with the ability to physically eat and digest fragments of peoples live's to sustain their own.

Hiroto uses the henshin belt for the first time to fight a Dejavu and becomes the warrior for the time bureau known as 'Kamen Rider Chronos (Kuronosu),"

With his multiple form abilities;

Plus 1 hour form - Accelerates time to a more advanced fighting form.

and...

Minus 1 hour form - Rewinds time to a more feral fighting form

Chronos is the ultimate fighting force to take on the Dejavu.

Edit - As Chronos in Greek means an amount of time, rather than a date in time. I adjusted the name meanings to be more fitting.
