The three forms united. It can only happen when a Time Rift takes place, so I call it the Rift FormThe Rift Form allows Chronos to access any of his forms abilities at once, for a short period of time.

Can't wait to see Kairos, will he have a single form, as Kairos can mean a specific moment, or shall he be weather based since it is also the Greek word for weather.
Well Rift form seems pretty cool, and since it can only be triggered under certain circumstances from the sounds of it, well that seems to be rather unique.

Kairos is based on the former of your guesses. He has more of a time travel theme, rather than time acceleration/deceleration like Chronos. It's pretty fun working on his design.
Yup, the unique circumstances haven't exactly been panned down yet...But it'll have something to do with the Dejavu.
