This is a wonderful picture. I like the little touches, like the minor scarring on the Chaos warrior's face, the inscriptions on the crossguard of his sword, and the symmetrically-placed rivets on his armour.
Aside from that, I'm impressed by the painstaking detail you put into the character. From his insane scream of primal fury, to the careful rendition of the chain parts of his armour, to the smearing of the blood on his blade, everything in this image meshes together perfectly to give me the impression that you put a great deal of time and love into its creation - and it really shows. Magnificently done.

I think the teeth are great... and the blood pattern on his sword... the "horde" in the background looks a bit rough work, and I like the way it looks with the main character on the picture...
