Three views of The Alchemist. The alchemical symbols in the copper band begin at the bottom with the symbol for lead, and proceed to describe the process of transmutation arriving at the symbol for gold (which is also the astrological symbol for the sun) at the "widow's peak" just above the third eye. Lenses in the mono-goggle are interchangeable.
