I tried to show a "dark backstreet" but propably you're right - next time creating a dark athmosphere i will add some more moonlight.

If you want to make an atmosphere, take care not only of lighting:
1)Background should cover all the camera view (Betty009 has a piece of default blue backdrop)
2)It also should match the characters outfits (vintage dress looks strange close to graffiti)
3)Shadows are important too - soft moon light casts soft shadows...

It's not so important for this work, but if you add some lighting, all the flaws will be much more visible
