I have watched more than my fair amount of it when I was living with my family when the middle brother was trying to fight his weight problem by exercising more through weight and power lifting and the fact that the house was ruled by men that could only relate to each other through sports. Add to the fact that I didn't get a television of my own 'til I was 17 (and even then it was the hand-me-down from the living room that was blurry as hell) and well, you get an idea where I spent my time when I was at home and bleary-eyed from reading books.

Since then? Eh, how much has it changed really? Going to YouTube has shown me... Not too much actually At least when it comes to lifting the weights. Diet has changed a bit, but who cares about that? We don't watch them to eat and drink the swill to build up their muscles do we? No, just the end results.

Well, if you go to one of the conventions diet is half the fun. There's dozens of booths set up to sample the crazy shit these fuckers eat in their 32 meals a day. Some of it is actually kinda tasty, but not most of it.
