I tried coloring on Inkscape but when I try it doesn't color anything.

I started to learn it but then I found out how to do similar things to what I wanted in Photoshop and haven't found much of a need to return to Inkscape since. Though i was about ready to return so I could do screen accurate Celestia hair. I've found a close enough solution in Photoshop though.
