Because Photo Finish has the same cutie mark as Twilight. Technically. She normally appears as a blank flank since the animators didn't really plan on showing her from a certain angle but when they did, Twilight Sparkle's cutie mark was shown.

Well just cos they where lazy not removing the cutie mark from the Twilight template.
I dont think it makes it justified to say she really has the same as twilight.
Im gonna ask the creator and see if she remembers if Photo Finish even has a Cutie Mark made for her

If I recall correctly, Lauren's said that Photo didn't have an official cutie mark designed for her. Just that she'd used Twilight's model and a cutie mark wasn't given much thought considering her outfit would cover it and that the few frames where Twilight's mark appeared were likely just an overlooked error.

Until Photo is given a new cutie mark, I'm continuing to use Twilight's. It can still work for her, the sparkles instead being imagined as a camera flash or the little stars surrounding it hinting at how she makes "stars that shine all over Equestria".
