i tried to kill myself a while ago by overdosing on ibuprofen, it was an interesting experiencesketch in pencil
digital lining and coloring in sai with a mouse/trackpad
i wanted to shade it more than this but with the weird pupil shape and simplistic style i decided to stick to something understated, and also i've been working on it too long anyway

really cute art and style you have, im sorry that you went through that. i know others who have dealt with depression, anxiety, psychosis, etc. and it can be really hard to be taken seriously but i hope you know that youre are no less a person for whatever it is you have gone through in your life.

why are you trying to bring other artists down? professionals use mirroring techniques all the time. artists get to use all the tools at their disposal, that includes copy & pasting. their art is still entirely readable and it works with the graphic style. deal with it!

I can't find the original comment, but there was an artist that drew a skinny Rose Quartz and received a lot of hate over it- to the point that she attempted suicide.
The same artist also drew a digital piece of the same character using mirrored techniques, and Dweebzilla left a comment saying it was a lazy technique to use.
Lo and behold I come to her profile and find a deviation by this artist using the same techniques she just said were 'bad habits to have'. I, personally, do not care what technique an artist uses, but you don't get to run around insulting other people and expect to get away with it yourself.
