well, the shading's awesome here ~ the shadows show really well ! although, i cant make out the characters from behind ~ but, really well done !!... the moonlight sky is awesome too

dwellin, what a co-inkidink! as soon as I read bleach 414 I instantly went to dA to find some Gin-goodness, and the first GinxRan piece I get is by you! It's really really sweet, I love it!
Oh and if you haven't read 414 yet you TOTALLY MUST. I love Gin more than any character right now. <3

I think Gin probably killed him because he's secretly good inside, or it's to protect his and Ran's future, youknowwhatimean? 
Don't you just love Gin now? I actually think Gin finishing Aizen off would make a good ending, I mean, it's rather fitting no? Much more dramatic and waay less predictable than if Ichigo were to kill him. But knowing Kubo, he'll just go ahead and make the obvious ending happen. I hope he doesn't

I hope both Gin and Rangiku survive this, it would be nice to have one more established couple actually turn out to be a couple. And I would like to know more about what happened between Rangiku and Gin, what was said and that sort of thing. Of course that is the fan girl in me!
But I always liked Gin even when he was being naughty, can't forget that he did kill people to rise in ranks, and he did try to kill Rukia on Aizen's demand.
I have this sneaking suspicion that since Aizen knew Gin was going to try and kill him some time or other that he might smack our 'snake' boy down. Let's hope not!

Actually, I have a suspicion that Aizen genuinely did not see Gin's secret bankai coming. And like I said, it'd be so fitting for Gin to be the one who finally smacks him down

Yeah, I just didn't know if they were established beyond friendship, like Hinamori and Hitsugaya are definitely shown as friends in canon. It does seem like there is something more between Rangiku and Gin from all the little hints we are given.
It would be fitting for Gin to smack him down, but what I wonder is, 'why?' Why follow him and then also why wait for an opportunity to kill him? I have always thought that if Hinamori could be the one, that would be poetic justice.

However, I think that Gin while not being as poetic (or AWESOME, for that matter) as Momo or Toshiro, is the only one who would have a realistic chance against aizen
It'd be awesome if they avoided the obvious Ichigo ending, but now that I think of it, what with Ichigo in that training thing right now it doesn't seem likely :/

yeah, when you look backover the whole manga, EVERYTHING is about getting Ichigo trained just for this moment in time, to take on the ultimate bad guy who wants to be God. (sorry, position already filled). Although I would have Gin take him on, along with Momo, I am sure that Kubo is going to have it be Ichigo's proudest moment. Because isn't he having that internal struggle with himself for just this kind of thing that he can go up against the guy who is the most powerful shinigami (or is he no longer 'really' a shinigami since "transmorgifying" himself?) of all time.
But you and I agree on that though. I am getting tired of Ichigo always being the rescuer.

I was actually reading some forums yesterday, and a lot of people suspect that Gin actually WILL kill aizen, since the chapter title is "Deicide" (God-killer) and Gin's zanpakutou is the "God-Killing Spear". But they also think that Gin will then become the new main antagonist, and I don't like that at all
The way I would like it to go is Gin seriously injures Aizen, Aizen pulls a fast one on him and Gin runs away with Ran (who is not dead!), and then Tite Kubo can finish aizen off with his favorite character Ichigo.
(I wouldn't usually prefer the Ichi-ending, but I'm being realistic here
