She looks like she's trying to break down the " fourth wall " before she says hello to the Grim Reaper..... Again. Her clenched fist & a section of her braid are outside of the border here.
I'm reminded of episodes of the Stargate series where Dr. Daniel Jackson kept getting nearly killed, if not killed OUTRIGHT on numerous occasions, & this Ascended being brings him to this Ascended state of existence, then " descends " him later on.
I wonder who or what killed her this time ? A fall from a high precipice ? A sting or bite from a poisonous insect or snake ? I don't see a gaping stab - wound in her chest where someone tried to pry out her heart or an arrow where someone pierced her heart with an arrow. Hmmm

Maybe show her getting trampled by a herd of stampeding camels or yaks, or kicked to death by an angry ostrich or emu..... Or investigating a supply of this new substance from China. Someone accidentally drops their candle or lamp. Red gets everyone else to leave the storehouse - Boom ! She gets a sharp piece of a barrel stave sent through her heart.
