not bad...but try to use some "hyperNurbs" for ur render...u will get some nice results ...also add some torus or so.....change the outfit from the torus with the change of the polygone.....select the polygone with "ring-or loopselection"..then go to "extrude/inner extrude" ...or use "magnet"
