A long life, love, energy... What else would you expect to frame in one single shot.

During my photo walk, my camera attached to my tripod, walking by the river, spotted this couple. I immediately un-attached my camera from tripod and quickly adjusted settings to grab some shots. I fired away at least 5 shots and this is the one I wanted.

They were moving so slow. A very old couple indeed. How lovely it is, spending their day out in the city, the day that sun pierced the thick clouds only once in the last 2 weeks...

At that age getting out of your house walking by the river and feeding seagulls. Many of us can not even be bothered to leave the warm bed when it is that cold outside. Look at them. At that age they can.

Hope it gives us all some encouragement. Be happy, appreciate what you have. Be strong, just like this couple in the frame.
