Description A personal favourite of the fusion drawings I did in the RP side! It's a blend of Plant's characteristics but with the OC 'Celeste' as a dominant one, since this one turned out to be female. She's a diver and underwater plant-specialist using artificial spores for maintenance/cleaning.

A bit weird to explain but I'm not great with the technical robotics stuff. This was just a fun exercise.

The whole explanation given is thus:
--

Name: Kelp Woman

AI age: 18

Speciality: Underwater botanical and filter management

Plant Barrier + Lake Mist = Water Spore

Typically used underwater, she generates a field of artificial deconstruction spores, drawn from her body and plants, to deal with bothersome muck and algae- be it in large tanks, mostly in lakes, and occasionally oceans. Like the Plant Barrier, it’s a form of energy shield, but massively dispersed into a ring. Its defensive quality is low, but it’s more of an absorption field.

Personality:

Owing to the anxious natures of both Plant and Celeste, Kelp is as skittish as they come, but a very kind and nurturing, even hardy soul. She carries herself with grace, in contrast to the immense dirty work she finds herself doing. She’s very eager to accompany divers for the most part, but other than that she is rather engrossed in her solitude and deep exploration habits. Owing to this, people generally want her to work in tanks to curb her wanderlust.

Extra notes:

The vines that are taken from Celeste’s ridiculously long hair are used in part to aid her expert swimming, but also as a means to actively cleanse the water and plants while doing so. She gets her energy mostly from solar power, much like Plant, and makes active use of his nano-technology to tackle even more troublesome areas, depending on how well charged she is.

It should be noted that Kelp suffers from a very extreme, prolonged anxiety when on land- a quite literal ‘fish out of water’ syndrome- resulting in terror of falling apart or malfunctioning. To that end, she spends most of her time diving even when she should be doing downtime, and tends to recharge either while in sleep mode or in the water.
