Ouch. When I see these nature shots, the end effect is usually the beauty of a woman complementing the beauty of creation... But I can't help but thinking about the difficulty the model had in getting to the place... then maneuvering into position... then trying to make the shot comfortable and natural.
If it were me, I probably would have either fallen into the water or had splinters stuck in my ass for days....

Ah it was a "fun" one. This was in autumn, by the north shore of Lake Superior, so the water was very cold. Dave (without removing socks or shoes) waded in with me on his back. Poor guy with wet, frozen feet the rest of the day.
So for me this one wasn't too difficult, but balancing on the log was interesting. Luckily it was quite smooth - no splinters that time.
