Nice but I'd REALLY recrop it to take out that sun glare on the right side, it's distracting as heck.

The photo is good. It may have been better if you increased the depth of field to include the environment past you in the scene. However, doing that may also depend on lens choice and camera position.

Actually you have more of a technical response than I intended. When I first learned a little photography in highschool, one of the things they pointed out was that when you have human subjects gazing out away from the lens, it sometimes is useful to have what they may be gazing towards in focus as well. It is something I sometimes agree with (and alternatively disagree with). The image is fine as is. It was just a thought.
