What's interesting to me is that the window light is cool and the interior shadows are warm. That conveys a sense that the outside world is colder than the inside. Nice color palette, especially the yellow curtain. Artistic work!

A lovely, almost timeless scene. Two lovely ladies, a bed, some art. The only irksome bit, ironically, is the time itself. That red glow in the corner catches the eye away.
Then again, it adds some connection to the here and now.

It would be difficult to do well... but if I could find a good enough team (photographer, stylist, MUA, etc.) that was interested in the idea, it could be cool!

Well, I see different interpretations - one could be a 3/4 body portrait with soft-focus (i think the hairdo can be elaborate, or just simple and beautiful the way you wear it often), with a white translucent gown and the Viking hat...somewhat simple, no? But it could be much more detailed and elaborate as well.
Actually, now that I think of it...you could do a whole series, posing as various Celtic and Nordic Goddesses. But you're right, you have to be into it, and stuff.
