His mind is not as sharp as his superiors think it is, but he nonetheless follows his orders—even if there are still some loose ends afterwards. However, despite his sometimes dull wits, he remains a cold-blooded killer who will gladly rip enemies limb from limb if they stand in the way of his mission.
