An un-perfect emulation of Loco theme for Windows XP.Original mac theme by Levi-the-Perfectionist

contains:
-Windowblinds skin,
toolbar icons- aqua milk by bzeitler and ChiLam;
shell animations- bz tiger by bzeitler
-Objectbar skin,
modified original theme engine by crni. some bar elements/shortcuts modified for Windows use.
-Styler Toolbar,
For Windows Explorer only (no IE). some buttons are hidden to conform to original look, visible on mouse hover.
