I grew up calling them lightning bugs, but other places call them fireflies. Whatever their name is, they're one of the biggest joys of nature to me. (They glow, man! )

Wow! Those colors! They all go so well together. Sure the sky could use a bit more blending in but all in all this is beautiful. The grass and shading on ponies is really good. You're definitely improving!

Thank you very much! Glad you pointed the sky out, actually. I originally had a seamless blend across the sky, but thought "strokes" would make the fireflies stand out a bit more.
Now that you mention it though, the sky's roughness could make it look like they're leaving a large cavern or something. Maybe there's a happy middle blend in there somewhere.
