As any good Michiganian knows, you do know mention, "When Hell freezes over" or anything that has to do with snow in Hell, because we can retort with, "Well, it does that every winter!"

this is based off of an episode of Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE that I watched, i'm not sure which one though, but I remember Kuro-nii saying that and thought, "But... It IS possible here"
and if you're wondering how Fai knows how to ice skate, i figured that since he came from a world full of snow, he'd know how.
