Yes, she is. I'm no artist, just a simple photojournalist. I ran across the dollmaker a few years ago, and this was originally meant to represent my late partner. I need to look in my favs and see if I can find the site again.

That probably should be LL - LAYW! Lipstick Lesbian - Laugh All You Want. Almost everybody, even in the LGBT world, expects a lesbian couple to have one partner who is butch. But like all generalizations, there are exceptions. Robyn was only less "femme" than me because she grew up in a faith the tended to frown on 'ostentatious' make-up and clothing. But she was 100% 'girly-girl', and we enjoyed getting on our gladrags and going out. She was actually prettier than me. And I loved it!

Yes, and yes, very much so. I first met her when we moved back to the States after having lived in Europe for some years. It was the middle of the semester, so the teacher told me to pick any empty seat. I looked around and saw her. Long beautiful dirty blonde hair, so long it looked as if she was sitting on it. Straight cut bangs, just a touch of makeup, and a simple cotton dress - she stood out from all the other girls in the classroom like a bright spotlight surrounded by multi-colored lights, yet outshining them all. I fell in love at that moment, and quickly moved to grab the vacant seat in front of her.

Wow. That is such a beautiful story! It seemed like she was the right one for you. This is a beautiful description! This is a story worth telling because then people would know how much you loved her and how much she meant to you. Just reading this, it made me think of the guy that I really love and then I think about how you first met Robyn. It proves my point that love for the same sex and love for the opposite are the same. I wish more people can see it this way. When you told me how you lost Robyn and weren't able to say goodbye, I was thinking about losing my crush and it hurts.
