There's not actually a season 4 coming out :'3 This was just a fake screencap I made in '13. I'm sorry, but so far Butch still hasn't made any announcements about bringing Danny back - reboot or otherwise.

This picture is awesome! I just love how badass Sam looks with that bazooka and how Danny and Tucjer are all ready to waste whatever ghost they're about to fight.
If they do decide to make another one, please have:
Danielle adopted by the Fenton family
Vlad returning from space either for revenge or a redemption arc like Peridot
The new bad guys are human villains like Freakshow and the Guys in White
A crossover with Fairly Odd Parents or maybe even an adaptation of Nicktoons Unite
The finale be a two hour movie about Danny fighting Dark Dan; another future episode
A glimpse of next generation characters, possibly Danny and Sam's kid(s) discovering their own powers
Danny and the ghosts no longer battling it out due to Phantom Planet
Extreme example: retcon Phantom Planet or season three itself
Give Sam her original telepathic powers or add a new ghost owl sidekick
Have Tucker and Valerie fall in love or add another member to Team Phantom
I know it's a long list of demands, but I really wish there was a fourth season.

I'd like a Vlad redemption arc, and having Dan come back. It was all SUPPOSED to end with him coming back originally, before the change in writers. Not... what we got. Ugh. I really want an episode where Danny and Val come to terms with all the stuff that's gone on between them too. There was a lot of miscommunication and secrecy and for it to be aired out and them to go on after would be good.

I would gladly see Vlad havibg some type of redemption arc and Valerie forgiving Danny by letting go of her vendetta.
If I could, I would not have Danny and Sam get together though I did use to ship them a lot. Mainly because I find it cliche for the main hero to fall in love with his female best friend. Why can't they have a platonic relationship instead? The show could have introduced more potential love interests. They could be with different people, plus, not a lot of people like Sam. Personally, she's kind of meh, but if you look deep into her, you could see that she could not make a good girlfriend for Danny.

I never really could get into DxS. I always liked Danny x Val more and there was quite a bit of hint towards Tucker x Sam that it would have been kind of nice if they'd gotten together instead, y'know?

It would be so cool if it was true. I know that Butch Hartman has and probably still does desire to continue the series but he needs a network to support it.
This would however make a good scene for an episode. Now I wonder what enemy they are fighting.

I agree. I'm still not 100% sure about it because if they continue as a Season 4 what would they do? Phantom Planet fucks up SO MUCH (and there are a lot of things show wide that could have been explained better as well). A reboot of the show would probably do it great justice, though knowing how reboots tend to go... hnng. D:

Phantom Planet can be explained/done away with through time travel, dream, hallucination, or something else but yeah, that finale didn't do the show much justice. Butch was short sighted on some stuff that didn't do the show much good if not harmed the quality of the show and thus the ratings. The ending was rushed and not wrapped up well. After all the show was getting cancelled and the writers didn't have a lot to work with.

Several months ago there were rumours (more like SO MANY PEOPLE in the phandom blowing Butch Hartman's tweets so ridiculously out of proportion) that were all whoa it's coming back! It's not. Not as far as I know. It was never actually said by Butch that it was returning and Nickelodeon has not said anything either. Until something is said on a site that isn't Wikipedia, or something similar (and that is actually official), there is, sadly, no new episodes coming.

I love him for the series but he's a fucking tease... I seriously think he should have continued with that instead of FOP... I'm sorry but....that show isn't even close to what it use to be. After Poof...it went downhill...at least in my opinion...same goes for SpongeBob.

Well, IF Butch brings DP back I think it'll be a reboot? There's not a lot they can do unless Phantom Planet is erased from canon (which could be done via Nocturne dream, Clockwork yadda yadda) but that's unlikely and to continue while having everyone know his identity like that takes away a lot from the show. :T Idk, I guess we'll just have to see huh?

I'm actually hoping it doesn't come back. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the show and I make a ton of OCs for it, but the reason I don't really want Butch Hartman bringing it back is because I have a plan of my own that involves Danny. Long story and I prefer not to give a lot away.
