Hey there everyone! Remember this grumpy little fellow? This is Sword the Eagle, another character of mine who is to feature in my upcoming Sonic Fan comic, 'Light Dash: Rebellion'.

Sword has had two pictures of him released in my gallery before this one, and in them his eye colour has been different. they went from emerald green to an amber-red, although now i have settled on Lime Green. just to clear that up!

Love him in all of his new neat-o glory. Dont'cha just love his shiny wing-blades? go ahead, touch them... SLICE!

Age: 17 (he's quite mature for his age)
Gender: Male
Species: Eagle (which are actually quite rare on mobius in my story.)
Feathers: Orangey Brown with lighter orange tips along the arms.
Nicknames: Grump-a-lump, Sharpy, Grumpo the magnificent (Eclipse calls him this when Sword's not around).
Tribal name: Sior'Zun (Sword's Tribe has their own language. Sior'zun in their tongue means 'The Sword Winds', which are from an old legend of theirs which speaks of winds that cut boulders in half)

Sword hails from a secretive tribe of Eagles known only as 'Sanctuary Eagles' (they take residence in Sky Sanctuary, a Zone from Sonic and Knuckles). His temperement is quite grumpy most of the time, although there are times when he likes to unwind and let loose a little, but not often. His presence alone has sparked much questioning, as Eagles are quite rare around Mobius, and more curiously, the feathers on his wings seem to be retractable, and act as blades, especially the from feathers on each wing, which seem to be made of bone but have a metallic shine to them.

Combat Notes:

Sword is a highly discplined fighter, and is very tactical within battle. His fighting style is focused on merging offensive strikes and defensive swerves into the same fluid motions, dealing damage whilst also avoiding it.
The way his feathers became the way they are, as well as many other facts about Sword are to be revealed in the upcoming comic. Sword is a mysterious character, and it would not do the story i have developed behind him justice for me to simply blurt it all out right here and now before even one comic page is made.
