I don't think Rayquaza cares.
It's been branded the strongest pkmn along side Mewtwo.
Besides,Dragon Ascent still hits Xerneas.

I believe it would come down to seeing if M-Rayquaza can take a Moonblast.
If it could,it can reply with Dragon Ascent and the finish Xerneas off with Extreme Speed.

Overall,I always thought it was a scenario that neither wanted to find the outcome of..
