You think? Hmm. It might. Employers like employees who show dedication and loyalty. Workers with traits like those will more than often stick with their jobs and work hard at them. I know I find people who idolize characters with those traits to stick by you and not abandon you at the first sign of trouble. I think it would definitely be a good job posting if the employer understands the implications behind it.

I've played around with the idea of getting Dash's cutie mark put on me since it would be subtle and not be super obvious to everyone what it is, just bronies.
But you've stepped it up with this. Takes guts to do this, and it looks awesome and is probably totally worth it.
