Finally! He's Here! Makoto Fukuda, or, Kamen Rider Ctrl!

This guy is really cool. Smart and Inteligent, Makoto was recruited by Soul Get when he was just 10. His high QI gave all the logics that the Soul Get needed to fight some Reverse Spirits and find the Player Driver and the Arashi Stone.

Accually Makoto was going to be Kamen Rider Coded, but the Coded Driver was Stolen By Yagami. Seen this fact, The Soul Get, using the Player Driver as base, developed the Ctrl Driver.

His standard form is the Ctrl Form. In this form he got a high accurate shotting and some shotting speed

The Alt Form is the heavy Form. With more 4 extra cannons in his body, this form is used to face the most tought of the enemies

And finally the Del Form, In this form, as you see in the Gif, he get's a "Cast Off" so do, his speed drastcaly increases.

His standard weapon is the Ctrl Cannon, a two handed Gun with high attack, it is used in the Ctrl and in the Alt Form. His Formatation Guns are used in his Del Form, with them, Ctrl is able to shoot in high speed and their light weight, let him execute some acrobatics
