This was the part Victoria Pierce hated most. The moment Eclipse stepped inside a hallway... and there was no one there.

And granted, Victoria was incredibly grateful and honored to have this job in the first place, especially considering how previous employers equated her good looks with inexperience.

But there was another reason Victoria was on edge... a reason so secret, she couldn't tell anyone else. Daphne McAlester had always been beautiful, with her sunkissed skin, her dazzling green eyes and her platinum blonde hair pulled into a ponytail. But when she put on that uniform... every night walked into their secret headquarters clad in red and black... it stirred something inside her. It drove Victoria fucking wild.

In fact, just watching Eclipse through the security cameras as she carefully made her way down the decrepit hall and peeked around the corner, her cape lifting up just high enough to reveal her toned thighs and tight ass... Victoria moistened her lips. She removed her right hand from her keyboard, drifting down towards her miniskirt. God, she was already soaking wet.

Victoria jerked upright in her chair, smoothing out the folds of her miniskirt and catching her breath just as Eclipse had rounded another corner.

"Think I found where they're keeping her, Vic," Daphne said over the intercom.

"Uhh..." Victoria swallowed, trying to keep her voice nice and level. "How do you figure that?"

"'Cause this one has a lock on it," Daphne answered.

Victoria adjusted her glasses. Not just any lock either--a dual-tehedrabyte encrypted lock with variable interfaced firewall. No way some junkie ended up with it, or even knew how to program it.

"Switch your mask over to black light mode," Victoria instructed. "Don't look at anything else, just the lock."

Daphne groaned. "Too late. I need a shower, now."

Victoria squinted at the fingerprints left of the digits of the lock. It took a bit, but by scanning the outer edges of each, she was able to piece together most of the combination. "37122," she repeated. "Hmmm, wonder if that means something."

Eclipse punched in the same combination.

The lock took a moment then blinked green. They were in.

"I don't like it, Daph," Victoria whispered. "This whole thing was way too easy... it smells like a trap."

"Wouldn't be the first time." Daphne's voice sounded even-keeled and heroic. "But what choice do we have? If the congressman's daughter is here, this might be our only shot at getting her back. Besides, how could it be a trap when I've got you watching over me?"

Victoria gulped. She peered closer at the surveillance feeds, scanning for any signs of movement, hoping that Daphne was right.
