Haha, no biggie. As long as you know your weakness and are willing to work at it. Just try not to go too stylized to cover flaws--that never works well. Maybe take a few steps away from animie (sp?) style just long enough to really practice anatomy? You can always go back once you've really got the basics down.

lol I used to do realism, but I never really drew people in the past (mostly animals, plants, inanimate objects. -.-;; I've only uploaded one of these on this account because it was a gift for a friend; I don't use this account for realism drawings).

Hey, no problem. I'm still learning too. And I'm not against animie as long as it isn't used as an excuse to ignore the basic rules of, well, drawing...
And it's not like you're horrible. I really do like this piece! ^^ You're really good with color. I stink at CG color... ><

Lololol I don't use anime to ignore anatomy and other drawing stuff. I acknowledge mistakes and stuff. Some people deny that they didn't do so well in an aspect by insisting that it's their style or they're just starting or whatever. Even if someone's a beginner, it doesn't make the mistake less of a mistake. It's just a mistake that is made by one who is less experienced. lawl. yeah. I know the anatomy is a bit off XD Thanks about the hair, though. I've looked through my deviations, and I keep changing the way I draw hair, depending on whether it's digital or traditional, or if I felt like changing a style.

I like the first and fourth hair styles the best. The first is my favorite, but I have a bias for soft effects. Though, it would be really hard to do with long hair...
The other link didn't work. And yes, styles often do change between mediums--it's only natural.
Thanks. I'm all traditional, so I tend to be pretty good with traditional color methods, especially watercolors <3 ^^

C: I think your CG isn't that bad. But I know what you mean about the CG world -.-;; I didn't start CG until about 6 months ago. I find some aspects of it fun, though, such as UNDO BUTTON and layers and such.
Although I very much enjoy traditional as well (I mostly use my traditional materials for landscape and still life, lol). What mediums (media?) have you used before? Watercolors is interesting, although my favorite is still acrylics. I've tried those as well as the crappy watercolor pencils, pastel, oil pastel, engraving, etc.
C: oil pastels really annoyed me because I always had to wash my hands a lot after it XD I found watercolors nice, although I was always paranoid about knocking over water on the paper XD oh dear, that'd be horrible.

today i got a paper cut on the tip of my ring finger during 2nd pd DDDDDDDDDDDDD:
it kept on bleedingggggggggg argghhh and it stung so much XC
then after the wound closed up, i'd always accidentally reopen it every other period :C
