Nice Macro, but that is not a Springtail, Order Collembola, because you can see the mouthparts are external, while Collembola are members of the group entognatha, where the mouthparts are internalized behind 'cheeks'

Oooooooooh! THAT's there the mouth parts are! I've been wondering about that for sometime now. No, this may actually be an early-instar lace-wind larvae. I'm not sure, but it would enplane the jaws.
