By the first comment I mean, I regard 'gore' as you'd see in the Flood in Halo or in Gears of War, etc: Dismemberment of limbs, plethora of blood, etc - not a person being swallowed without so much as a flesh wound.
As for the little kids part? This stuff is shown on Disney animated cartoons every weekend XD

Yeah... You're right about that part. There are still some folks on FA who whine about vore images in general requiring Mature filter, despite it being something you'd see on Tom & Jerry every two to fwive minutes, (The fwive was spelled intentionally ^^ ) but not many.
Still, it makes it tough on me when I see 'gore' listed and it turns out to be a simple orca about to swallow a swimmer, or similar, and then after seven consecutive E rated images click on another to find missing limbs and blood everywhere. That, actually happened earlier yesterday 
Orca, dragon, dragon, cat, yadddayadda wyvern under mature *clicks* OH GOD WHY <--- Something like that.

Gore Vore (lol... Bad joke) I do sometimes imagine, usually when my smaller dragons team up to bring down something larger and start feasting on it together, or when a standard size draggie noms a deer or similar. However it's usually off screen like most of the bloods in the first Alien movie or in an "anime" style like Fullmetal Alchemist. Which reminds me, most of the blood and violence in FMA would have turned me away very quickly if it was live action or in 3D. Somehow, I can take more violence when it's in that format than any other. SO yeah, most of my gore reverts to that sort of coloring/style - realistic but colored in a cel shade style.
Same here. Same size or even nomming larger than self vore rarely appeals to me since a lot of people tend to abuse and overeggaterate it to the point where it is almost retarded (Spencerdragon much?)

As for Lilith (the snake) she is something different. Mostly she regurgitate her victim after she digest most of the flesh and inner organs. Only keeping the skull in her belly.
Makes her able to change into her human form again. (And there you can see a "bulge" since a skull is pretty big.)
