Neo is Tobi's familiar, Neo is an amphibian, he has the capabilities of flight similar to that of a flying fish, a tongue and body similar to that of a frog, and a tail of an axolotl. Like a cat he is fairly lax in nature but can spring up into action when the need arises.
Tobi's Origins:
Tobi used to live with his mom and sisters, his living situation is relatively unknown, but since he's optimistic it can be assumed that it was decent enough but boring enough to leave with his step sister Ki(which he was allowed to do btw). Tobi and his stepsister are practically inseparable, due to this he's allowed to be in the same class as his older sister despite his young age, so he gets an assistant teacher who specifically works with him to help get him up to speed. Both Ki and Tobi share their frustration if not hatred of their father for abandoning them.
