I can see this now. Two police detectives are inside the room of William's death. Everything's been cleaned out, nothing is left but a chalk outline. One of the detectives notices something sticking out from under the bed. Some metal footlocker that has been padlocked shut. The detective flips it over and discovers a key taped to the bottom. Using the key, he opens the padlock, in turn opening the chest.
Inside there is only a dirty bronze lantern. Something is attached to it-a card-with words in near gibberish from the years in the trunk. The detective picks up the lantern, feeling a strange sensation from within the lantern. Then, a stream of purple smoke trickles from the lantern's horn. It swirls aimlessly for a moment as if lost or confused. Then, the fog becomes to swirl in the shape of a man. The mist thickens and grows more around this new figure standing in front of the detectives who have their guns drawn in fear.
Finally, the mist thickens and there is a burst of blinding white light. Through the light, one can see the shape of a man moving slightly about the room. As the light dissipates, the detectives see a man in a spotless white tuxedo standing before them.
The man looks like Robin Williams. But...something about him seems different. They can't tell what it is. This new man smiles, picks up the lantern and places into the chest again. The new Robin Williams smiles, symbols a quiet sign with his mouth and finger and walks out of the room, whistling and strolling down the hall. The two detectives try to follow him, but as they look into the hall, they see he is gone. Vanished into thin air, with the only sound in the distance being Robin Williams quoting the Genie growing dimmer, yet somehow, louder.
Great art, man. Shame to see the man go.
