Lol. You have obviously made a great effort (Raiden is fairly attractive and I definitely kept my eyes on the picture longer than necessary >_>).

It's a compression longsleeve shirt, compression tights, and a dance leotard, put on in that order. Most of the armor is already glued to each piece of clothing, so the hardest part is working the leotard around the arms of the shirt, since the forearm armor and the fins are permanently attached.

Did you have someone construct the armor or did you do some of it yourself?
I am a fan of very Japanese/Korean inspired medieval-fantasy armor on pale elven-like beings. It started with Sesshoumaru (ha!) from Inuyasha back in '05. I'm also a fan of some of HD Japanese mmorpg art. I don't know who to contact if I decided to have an inspired wardrobe like this male with the black armor:

I did all of it myself. It's all EVA/craft foam, heat formed and hot glued to shape, then sealed and painted.
