posted this on facebook when the tsunami hit our beloved japan.
It's been 2 yrs now. thought I should share this again. Let's not forget the lives that were lost. I can't imagine it happening to our country. Meanwhile, listen to this song by my favorite Jrock band. released 3/10/13. i believe it was to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of this tragic event! here's the link:

Dont get me wrong, but in Chile a year before we had a earthquake as strong as the Japan and we barely got any attention from the internet or from other medias, so it really got me upset when Japan got all the help and the "Pray for Japan" thing and still gets on my nerve. Please dont get me wrong Im just saying that people got affected from Japan because its Japan not because of the people.

i've heard what happened in chile. pls. don't say that it didnt get the attention of the media. oh yeah, it was big news here in the philippines. like i've said every nation has suffered their own tragedy. last year alone we experienced typhoons & flash floods w/c took thousands of lives. it even happened on Christmas. happens almost every year actually. even our own house was flooded. but i guess it didn't get the attention of the media as much as japan had. but i didnt wanna mope around asking why it didn't get as much attention as other countries get. It won't help the situation anyway. it doesn't need to take a calamity or a natural disaster for thousands of lives to perish. thousands are dying of starvation every day. and yeah... do they get the attention of the media? i think u know the answer. i feel you, mate! i do. so please don't get me wrong either. i don't think we should argue over these things. let's just pray for each other! it's the best thing we can do.
