Your colors are marvelous. I love how you blend in a way that is so faithful to physical paint.

Thanks! I often try to emulate physical media. Might be because I really do like working with them, but don't have the space to do so. (And digital is easier, anyhow!)

Haha, true. Well, you're getting such a realistic effect here that I doubt people would even mind.

Beautiful work, I love how the flag kind of disolves into the movement of the sky - really accentuates that wind feel. As well as that, the light on the hill is lovely,a dn the general composition very sweet

Hey, thanks.
I think that, composition-wise, this could do with a little more space on the top. But it kinda works as it is, too. I'm not sure I'll tamper with it now.

I love it! The reason I think it looks fine without extra space is because the directional painting of the flag implies where it is going anyway - and the cropping allows it to flare out and attract attention. But its always great to hear what teh artist thinks!

I actually tried it, semi-experimentally. Didn't work! So I guess it stays as it is. Thanks a lot for the feedback, nonetheless!

Another quickie eh? You did a good job of conveying the strength of the wind blowing and I love the curving sweeping perspective in the flags. The dark/light sky and dark green landscape gives an impression of solemnity, suitable for the occasion.
