Here's a halfbody commission i did for , who wanted me to draw Tone Rion in her V4 Standard outfit.
I have never heard of Tone Rion prior to getting the commission, but she's very cute!
I like her super cute and cool outfit!
Her pigtails were very hard for me to get right, as well as a few other details of Tone Rion's outfit.
So i hope it looks okay, especially the hair. I wasn't sure if she had hands or not, so basically, i gave her mitten hands.
The background itself was inspired by her colors, actually.
It was a huge pleasure drawing Tone Rion, though!
