it might hurt you, for me it does not change a thing. i have only two very "good" lenses among the 5 i own, but i find myself using the zoom lens all of the time, and it's NOT a sharp and bright lens.
i understand exactly what you feel, but i don't feel it

awwwh. such an old one with a very poor lens (as you can see in the upper part ). there was a special not very interesting reason to re-submit it ....

Oh, Ulrich. I'm really not the one to complain to about technicals - Thought it should be like this. ( and yes, i THINK it is just perfect) The slightly blur on the upper horizontal line makes a cool contrast to the perfectly sharp "punctuations" on the lower part. Yesss

Thanks, Ulrich - we are fine, the house is pretty well insulated. I wore my down-filled parka to go for the newspaper this morning.

There is a big high pressure area stuck over Greenland, the paper today said it is also causing the severe storms you have had. We are all in the same boat.

I see the slight blur now - very beautiful though.
