It IS a very nice recording.

It's a Cannonball Adderley composition too, which makes it ultra-hip
There was just so much great music coming out back then, it was hard to keep up. I didn't have the Paul Butterfield album this track is from (East-West is the album) until a year ago. It's an awesome album.
