This wonderful picture was given to me for my birthday by BrokenBolt , who had it commissioned from sacodesaga . I thought it was awesome, especially since it was an idea we had frequently discussed after Bolt found some nice DiD art along a similar vein.
After all, it's Lilja's birthday too and Octavia Bloom, thinking so highly of her, decided to give her a nice bubble bath as a gift. Don't they both look just so happy? No wonder Octavia should be so generous when they are such good friends! But maybe Lilja's matriarch of a mother Justine will spoil the fun by telling Octavia to lay off it. Only time will tell

Happy belated birthday to both you and Lilja, the latter of whom seems quite "impressed" by this particular choice of birthday present. The only thing that would further emphasize Lilja's "happiness" would be if Octavia drew a smile over her tape gag, but either way this is another gorgeous pic. I'm curious what DiD art BrokenBolt found as inspiration for this.Β
Out of curiosity, is the duct tape used here supposed to be waterproof? I'm not sure if that's the case in real life, but I'd imagine would loosen slightly over time. Of course, given the height of the water and the amount of tape used (not to mention that this is fictional, after all), I doubt the real-life aspects of adhesive restraints will do much to save Lilja from escaping this predicament w/o help.
Here's hoping we get a sequel pic to this masterpiece by sacodesaga; I can only imagine what Lilja will do for Octavia's birthday out of "gratitude."

I imagine Octavia used quite the amount of tape, so Lilja is no doubt not getting out of it any time soon, no matter how wet she gets 
But yes, a smile may show up in the future for dear Lilja. Wouldn't want her frowning, now would we?

I honestly can't decide which DiD-heavy rivalry concerning Octavia Bloom I enjoy more: the one with Warden Nalen Kara, or the one in relation to this pic, where Lilja Trevaine is the brat she must deal with. Two good choices too many!

Would you mind if I suggested a couple of your characters, such as Lilja Trevaine and Bianca Amaretto, in some future Patreon fanart polls? There are a few DiD-centric artists I'm supporting on that site, and I think they'd do fantastically rendering your OC's in their unique artistic styles.
I know there were other Deviantart users involved in helping you create the aforementioned characters, so please let me know if I should get their permission(s) too; probably unnecessary, but I figured it can't hurt to ask.

Definitely not gonna suggest Anya or Amelie, though; it's more fun (and a lot less lewd) to see them engaging in "100% safe" science experiments or getting up to criminal mischief, respectively. Zila, on the other hand...after her actions against Julia Kaiser and Lilja, bondage would make for an appropriate karmic punishment.

Oh railroad peril could be cool too (complete with Francois trying to twirl his mustache like a "true villain" (b/c Amelie teased him into doing it!) Maybe Amaretto would try it out as a sort of "publicity stunt", only to be genuinely ticked off when Francois fails to release her and she must escape on her own ("Can't trust anyone to do the job right these days!")
