"Hmmph! Hmm-pmm-pmm-mmmm... hmmm-ummm-umm! Hmmm-pmmm-mmmm, phmmmm-nmm-mmmmmm..."
Of course, she wanted to say: "Hey! You'll pay for this dearly, whoever you are! For assaulting, for kidnapping and for holding in captivity of an Atlesian official and a...", but several layers of cloth over her lips rendered her ranting into... that.
"Oh, ma'am, we've heard enough already," one of her masked captors said in a tired voice.
"Spare the rest to yourself, lady!" added the other one. "We need no introduction from you. You think we don't know who you are?"
"Miss Winter Schnee," the first guy continued, "Captain of Atlesian special operations forces..."
"Aide of Major-General James Ironwood, Atlesian chief of staff..."
"The eldest daughter of the richest man in Atlas, if not in all the Remnant..."
"And if you think that your dad or your boss will rush in here to get your... (oi!) your pretty face out of here -- you're slightly mistaken."
"Hmmph! Hmph-dmmph-mmmh pmmmmph-mmmmph-mmmmph?!" ("Hey! How dare you talk to me like that?!")
"Oh ma'am, stop arguing..." the first guy replied. "And stop twitching around. You'll need the precious energy later. In the meantime, try to relax and take it easier. Right?"
"He says the right thing, lady. I can bet five hundred -- or even one thousand lien -- that you're not getting out in an hour."
"All right, see you round... Ice Queen."
As they gave her one last look before shutting the door, Winter glared back. She tried to find a clue to match with what she knew. So far, however, no clue was to be seen.
After the door was shut, she heard a muted laughter and voices. "Ey boss, you'll never guess what kind of a bird we've just caught! A white owl..." -- here they walked too far away for her to make out anything of their speech.
So, how did she get here? She went out on a patrolling mission in one of neighborhoods in old Mantle City. At one point, she was grabbed by two men from behind -- "Hallo there, lady..." -- a handkerchief pressed under her nose -- an odd and very strong smell -- waking up in the back of a car in an entirely different location, tightly bound. Her mysterious captors were not similar to any group known to her or the agency; they wore masks, of course, but not of the type worn by the White Fang militants or any ordinary criminals.
Oh, where was this... Qrow guy at the moment? "How could Qrow forget me?" she thought. "And how could I be so naive as to trust him without a question? Anyway..."

Seriously though, wouldn't it be great if Weiss's trip back to Atlas somehow had to involve saving her sister?
