This looks somewhat like a bird nest in steel framework, but, I like it.

This is so pretty and filled with detail and shininess. I love how metallic it looks, like it is a real life statue you can touch Amazing!

It really looks rather like a wood and metal construction.

massive man. The details in this really set it apart. Love the grungy industrial feel of this piece. Nice work!

I can't say i'm too fond of the huge amount of conflicting angles in the photographed elements of the image, but the render is good. It has a sort of.. scaffold-around-organic-form look to it, which I like.

Angles are fun! And mostly non-manipulated I might add, theres only a tiny bit of photo fudging up the top, the rest is photo!

It's always a battle to get correct sharpness when you have to scale down so much! Thanks for the comment.

I think you did excellent on the sharpness. Not sure what software you use, I use photoshop CS2 and I found smart sharpen and valuable tool.

I really get the sensation of a clock being shattered. Abstraction is so glorious.
Kudos.

Interesting concept, I see that too. The actual 'inspiration' was a butterfly, hence the title...

Very well done, a good blend of abstract and photography like most of the the other DC works you made for this pack (only one does not use photography in any way i think). Not my favorite of yours for this pack, but still a very good one.

very cool! really nice volume and weight in that abstract, looks very alive! personally I dont really like the clutter in the background, I think it distracts from the beautiful abstract, but I like the idea
very nice anyway, keep it up!

Very cool, not easy to tell where the 3d ends and the photo starts. I really need to get myself some 3d software, I want to give this sort of stuff a go too!
