How well do these bobby pins stay in hair? I dearly love these, but I'm afraid they'll slip out like the last cute hair-pin I got from Etsy.

Well, those have "soft ends" that they won't pull your hair- I would advise to wear them while having your hair up in a bun of some kind. I can of course make them for you with the normal ends which should surely stay on it's place whenever they are on loose or pin-up hair. I'm thinking as well about the clips in a triangular shape (don't really know their name) that wouldn't pull the hair and stay on it's place perfectly
What kind of the hair do you have? quite silky or ones which are thicker? I myself have a terrible problem with my too thin and to silky hair- it's difficult for me to wear any kind of barrette or bobby pin on loose hair so I try for my designs to be as delicate for hair as possible and still don't move too much around the head during the day

I'm pleased to hear you've tested them. I have thick wavy hair(and was shocked when the hair pin I bought from someone else slipped out like nobody's business), so at least that is in my favor. I may simply have to take the chance and buy the one I've been pining after so I can put my mind to other things!
