A few extra details I couldn't fit in:
*UTTs often specialize in one event, which they educate themselves on as accurately as possible so as to create as few paradoxes or alternate universes as possible- those are inevitable, but an excess can be avoided.
*The UTT masks are ornately decorated, usually to reflect whatever event they're trying to stop- they're also a precaution, so that if a UTT member ever sees that mask in the past or future, they know to avoid the dragon wearing it- them self-and thus, a paradox.
*ChronoWings mate for life, and usually support/work for the same group.
*When first laid, eggs are pure white, and grow more saturated and colorful as the dragon inside grows. The colors reflect those of the underbelly the hatched dragon will have. Rotten eggs will turn black with time (eeew).
*The PPF usually get a bad rap for wiping out paradoxes and alternate universes, mostly because, stupid as it is, most ChronoWings aren't very educated on the ramifications of these things (such as ripping apart spacetime).
*The PPF is made up of the better educated upper class but is smaller, where as the UTT is made up of the lower class (which are still educated, but to a lesser degree) and is larger.
*Names are usually based off of Latin words or a combination thereof (e.g. Hyacellis, a combination of hyacinthus [blue] and stellis [stars])
*The leader of the PPF is Hyacellis, and the leader of the UTT is Tematur.

These are a closed species, and adopts (probably 15-20 points, is that fair?) are coming out soon.
