Since this is a character design I'll base my ratings through that~
Vision: Now that Electra is all blondie, I think her powers are more visible. Her brown hair was very nice, but keeping it all yellow is staying true to the hedgehog design! Her bangs, back spines, and how her hair is held up makes her look like a hedgehog indeed. Also her outfit corresponds to her color scheme very well. The colors don't clash and they're all the same hue (I think that's what it's called).
Originality: I haven't seen many blonde hedgehogs, but I do love this one. I especially love her hair at the back. Also, her outfit is simple, but yet she looks like a ready fighter.
Technique: I know you're trying out a bit of new styles, and so far it looks fantastic! If you really want some criticism, I think the eyes should be a tab bit bigger, or at least a bit wider so it's closer to the nose. But that's just nit picking. Everything else, like the anatomy, is great.
Impact: Yeah yeah, it's just a plain white background. But, this design still makes her stand out a lot more. It's simple, but yet original.

Yeah I understand what you mean about the eyes, but that's actually whole part of the new style
But since I drew the picture myself, I probably havent noticed that the eyes are quiet small yet XD Just give me a week when I start to hate this picture

I'm not very good at long critque. Β I'm more a fan of soft shading but, this is quite interesting. Β The pose is pretty good, doesn't have to be dynamic. Β The anatomy is correct for the character style too.

Β Well her color scheme is nice and I like her shoes. Β Her hair is in a neat fashion. Β She doesn't come have much that sets her from most designs but, Β That's the case with nearly all hedgehog or similar characters. Β She's really neat and not too complex.
