ah, just to add up.

i had one incident with absinth, in montparnasse-paris. I was in my atelier with 2 russian friends who'd keep on talking about how fast they can drink and how their bodies got used to vodka, bottles of it. frankly speaking, I didnt buy any of that bullshit. just wanted to see if they can stand up for the challenge. - and i took up the challenge with absinth, each of us had a bottle to drink - home made absinth from czech republic, with I cant even guess what-proof that was. the first guy (andrei!) took just a sip and started complaining about the taste of anaseed in absinth. he kept on mumbling about the -qualities- and greatness of vodka, tasteless and pure. i was the second one to go, and i just closed my eyes, prayed that I'd succeed in drinking the whole bottle at once, and the whole thing went down my throat in 3 breaths !

I dont even remember what the third guy (dmitry) did! The hangover lasted for hours and hours and hours. Except for the night where I tried 2 bottles, I never had any experience as bad.
